Conquer the Night – Falling Asleep Made Easy!

Sleep is known to be the best medicine. Restful sleep makes us more productive, more alert and more focused. But we often pay too little attention to our sleep. In this activity unit, you will learn why sleep is so important for us humans and what you should pay attention to in your personal sleep hygiene in order to be able to switch to sleep mode more gently and reliably in the future. We will then talk about recommendations that will help you relax better and try them out together. This active break is accompanied by a short theoretical input. A quiet environment is recommended.

The following topics will be discussed, among others:

  • Basic information about sleep
  • Sleep hygiene
  • Specific recommendations
  • Joint performance of a relaxation exercise
