Mindfulness means concentrating on the moment, perceiving it without judgement and being in the here and now. Mindfulness is therefore the quality of being present and fully engaging with what one is doing at the moment. In doing so, you are aware of your own thoughts and feelings without getting caught up in them. In this workshop, you will get to know a basic exercise of mindfulness teaching, the Body Scan, and try it out directly in practice. In today's stressful working world as well as in our fast-paced everyday life, mindfulness can help us to cope with stress and to sustainably increase our well-being and mental health.
This workshop is accompanied by a short theoretical input.
