Fascia Check for frequent Sitters
Fascia means mobility and mobility means quality of life.
Do you know that? Sitting for long periods, one-sided postures at work and a lack of exercise? These factors severely limit both your mobility and your quality of life. The consequences of this are, among other things, immobility due to glued fascia, poor posture and physical complaints. With the fascia check for people who sit a lot, our health trainers check the status of your fascia. The focus is on the analysis of the fascial chains affected by sitting a lot and the evaluation of the standardized movement sequences in everyday work.
The data is recorded during the consultation and forms the basis for an individual training program with and without aids. The main focus is on the simple feasibility of the exercises directly at the workplace or in the home office.
On request, the recommended exercises tailored to your workplace can be implemented together in a 1:1 training situation with direct trainer feedback. The methodology and the intensity of the training are individually tailored to your needs and guide you to health-conscious sitting behavior.
