Resilience, also known as psychological resilience, is the ability to cope with emotional and mental stress without lasting impairment. The presence or build-up of protective factors can have a positive effect on a personʼs resilience and lead to successful stress and crisis management. With the help of the didactic model "Resilience Tree", the characteristics of these protective factors become clear, so that helpful measures and strategies to strengthen resilience in everyday life can be derived.
