Sleep Radar

In addition to regular exercise and a health-conscious diet, restful sleep is another pillar of health. Getting enough sleep promotes nightly regeneration so that you can get through the day healthy and productive.

With a scientifically based questionnaire - the sleep radar - we would like to identify and raise awareness of the main influencing factors that affect sleep health and the ability to regenerate. In addition to the daytime sleepiness index, the graphically displayed sleep radar diagram gives an overview of which individual influencing factors affect your sleep health. In the third step, in a "What if...?" simulation, potential for improvement is worked out with concrete recommendations for action, so that you receive lasting support in implementing the measures to promote your sleep health.
